We founded Pure & Simple Health to solve a profound problem for many Jesus followers: The ongoing struggle to appreciate and care for their bodies as God intended by breaking free from harmful habits, aligning with his design, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We can't do the work necessary for you to experience the divine health God has made available to you, but consider us your change agents, here to guide you through the process. You don't have to continue to struggle or stay stuck!
We've been where you may be now - overwhelmed, unhealthy, and hopeless. But we're so grateful that we found freedom after many years of struggle. Through that process and a lot of learning, God has equipped us with tools, strategies, and gifts of teaching and encouragement to help others, like you.
